Change of mind

Changed your mind? You can send your order back within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You pay the postage to send it back.

How to send it back

1. Email us with your order number.
2. We email you the return address.
3. We refund you within 5 business days of getting it back.

Faulty, damaged or the wrong item

Email us with your order number and a photo. We pay the return postage, and you choose a replacement or a refund.

This policy is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing here takes those rights away.
